本日はebayで二重出品を落札されてしまった場合の
対処方法について、お話したいと思います。
■二重出品
私の場合、ebayでカメラやレンズを販売する際、
有在庫で販売しています。
ですので、基本的には出品したものは、
手元に在庫がある1点ものなのですが。。。
先日手違いで同じレンズを2重で出品してしまったらしく、
その商品が本日両方とも落札されてしまいました。
在庫管理はエクセルに記帳して、
気をつけてるつもりだったのですが、
何かの拍子で同じ商品を２つ出品してしまったようです。
この場合、1つは普通に発送して、
もうひとつは商品が手元にないので、
お客様にごめんなさいする選択肢もあるのですが、
私は折角売れたので、
これから仕入れる事にしました。
売れてから仕入れる→無在庫販売の
ノウハウですね。
■無在庫販売
無在庫販売のノウハウは、
ebayにあらかじめ商品を出品しておいて、
商品が売れたら、
日本のAmazonやヤフオク、ネットショップなどで
小売価格で商品を仕入れ、
海外のお客様に発送するやり方です。
日本の配送システムは
本当に優秀ですので、
たとえばAmazonプライムやヨドバシドットコムは
当日か翌日には購入した商品が手元に届きますよね。
そのため、海外のお客様からすれば、
購入後、こちらが1日後に発送しようが
2日後に発送しようが、
ほとんど誤差にしか見えません。
新品であれば機能するノウハウですね。
中古カメラ販売の場合は、
全てが一点ものなので、
基本的に無在庫はあまりマッチしないのですが、
幸い、ヤフオクをチェックしたら
同様のレンズが出品されており、
少し利益も取れそうですので、
早速入札しました。
無事に落札できる事を祈ってます。
こんな感じで
もし無在庫でレンズが売れても
ヤフオクを倉庫代わりにして
乗り切れるよって話でした。
